I’m a design and product executive with 15+ years building platforms across SaaS, fintech, and healthcare. I’ve served as Chief Product Officer at Jaspr Health, led CX transformation for Ford as Group Director at VML, and spent a decade at Microsoft and Deloitte shipping complex enterprise software.
Currently, I lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives as the first Canadian PM hire at Okta, shaping UX workflows and strategy for enterprise identity customers. Before that, I led platform modernization and onboarding redesign at SafeBase, helping reduce time-to-value by 6× and scale our system for faster expansion. At VML, I was brought in to turn around a critical client engagement and led the team to its highest-ever partner satisfaction score.
