As a Group Director of Experience Design at VMLY&R, I am responsible for the strategic experience design planning of multiple client portfolios and experience design teams across multiple offices.
Before VMLY&R I was the Chief Product Officer at Jaspr Health. I grew and managed the product team, and led our two primary efforts: supporting healthcare providers with better suicide care management and developing the world's first digital therapeutic for suicide prevention.
Prior to this I worked as a UX architect at Deloitte Digital, where I led design teams in product discovery, software design, and testing & validation.
I started my career at Microsoft as a Program Manager, and after working on the Office team for two years, supported key enterprise clients in our online services division.
I have a Master's in Human-Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's in Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.
